Luca Casini, is the designer of FIAM Babila, the shelf in curved glass for house and for office.
In 1996 he earned his degree in Architecture and in 1997 he
established an independent architectural practice in Milan. In 1998 he
started the CASINI & PRINGIERS Associates together with Jacob
Pringiers developing industrial design projects till 2003.
His studio, characterised by a project approach favouring quality to
quantity, is divided into two sections: “CASINI STUDIO” oriented toward
more technical projects and consumer products for the international
market and “LUCA CASINI DESIGN STUDIO” working in the furniture field,
fashion accessories and luxury products.
Many of Luca Casini's projects have been published and exhibited in
Europe and in the United States and have allowed him to win awards at a
national and international level.
From 2001 till 2003 Luca Casini has also taught at the Politecnico University in Milan.
Luca Casini has worked in partnership with several prestigious
companies.
In addition to this , the designer won many awards for his project.
