In 1981, in Baden-Dättwil, Switzerland, cousins Willi Glaeser and Otto Glaeser added their initials to the now internationally known furniture brand Wogg which has made its first appearance on the Swiss market in 1983, with a range of seven new products.
At the outset the vision was to develop an independent range of furniture and to manufacture and sell this under a new brand name. “The post forming technique” had been developed from 1972 on onwards at joinery Glaeser AG under the management of Willi Glaeser. In the early days of Wogg, this fact provided the basis for product development .By 1984, just one year after its establishment, Wogg’s furniture concepts were recognized and sold around the world .Since then, Wogg has been represented at numerous trade fairs around the world as well as numerous exhibitions.
Wogg’s style is distinguished with inquisitiveness and innovative strength, passion for excellent design, pioneering spirit and enthusiasm to experiment en route to its goal with the will to invent unique, logical products marked with quality and functionality.
Swiss at heart : Wogg is precise and reliable.
